New Uniform will Come 1 May 2018

Leader Line Up :

1. CARE in Genset Area for celaning and repaint the Area
2. Check Helvar system in Mansion 1 and Mansion 3
3. Hand Over Pool Umbrella to HK/Mansion Manager. All Mansion already new Pool Umbrella.
4. Ask UD. KK to repair the Main gate Mansion 3.

Need to find other vendor to change the Gate from Engineering to Mansion

 " Maintenance and Upkeep Target : 80% this Year "

 " Report is Not DOE job, But everyone Job in Engineering. This Department should do the report together "

Take Energy Pictures for Monthly Report

New Umbrella Installed in Lower Pool Mansion 3
Each Mansion order 2 new complete Pool Umbrella that been installed in Lowe Pool.
the others umbrella only change the Fabric and still use the old Stick.

Check Mansion 1 Condition for tomorrow Check in.
Dirty from CARE in Basement Area

 Termite in Cover LPG Tank outside the kitchen

 Check AC condition in Mansion 1

 Scrath floor in Double bedroom in front of TV

 Check Mini  Bar, working good

 Check Helvar system in Mansion 1, working good.

 Check GWT tank, lot of dirt in the bottom tank, need to clean.

 Send Schedule to Mansion staff WA Group.

 CARE Continue repaint the Genset Area Wall

 Fix and tighten the Nut for hamock in Mansion 2

 Tools to do the Film in Mansion

 Check Helvar Mansion 2, found 1 MCB On but not working for the outdoor dining Pilar lights.
