  5. PMS = Property Management System (Opera/Micros/Fidelio)
  6. Average length of stay = Villas ocuupied : No. of Arrival
  7. CAPEX = Capital Expenditure (5 % from Profit, Anything item will remind more than 2 years or more than US$1000 will go to CAPEX)
