Meeting Summary :
  1. Discuss about the Lightning Pole Installation and PR, PO Process 
  2. Everything in Mansion must follow the regulation Process, PR and PO
  3. Anything related to Project or purchase in Mansion Should coordinate and approved by Pak Agus Sangga Kusuma as Rep. Mansion Owners.
  4. The Payment for Lightning Pole will pay by Jimbaran Villa
  5. All common area Pathway, and Utilities will under Jimbaran Villas property
  6. Bolt and Nut for lightning Pole will change with Stainless, all materials cost will pay by Operator and Manpower will free by Gitra Mandiri.
  7. Gitra Mandiri need to give measure and inspection information before and after Installation of Lightning pole.
Follow up defect list Mansion 3; change paras stone and Bamboo blind repaint.
