Morning Line Up :

Sharing About Project Enhancement, and how far Engineering can involve.

Leader Line Up :

1. CARE continue maintenance around Mansion Manager Office
2. Meeting in Mansion with Operational Team.
3. Continue Maintain garden lights Common.
   Purchase more than Rp. 10.000.000,- must approved by Pak Agus Sangga Kusuma.

Work Activities :

Discussed with Pak Agus and Pak Erwin :

1. Regarding the Project at Mansion 5 whose Done by UD. KK.how the charge will purchase, by Operator through Engineering or direct by Pak Agus will raise the PR.
2. Proposed to Pak Agus to use the ex Hot Water Hotel for Heating the pool as the advertise Mansion.

 CARE :

1. 10AM, check team CARE working on Mansion manager Office, but they Worked very slow and just sitting around.
2. 11 AM. check team CARE, they not do anything, just sitting around and listening to music.
3. 11.30AM Pak Suarma WA, tell that my CARE Team just sitting around only One person work.
   
4. 3 PM check team CARE, they just siting and Listen to the music. Give Warning, and ask them to clean the area and tell them to GO Home.
5. Call Pak Sukis to Change the team and tell them not to work for 1 day as a punishment.

 Maintain common area garden lights.
