Morning Line Up :

Need to practice and do the "Can DO" Attitude

Leader Line Up :

1. Mansion 1 owner will check in, we still have problem chiller at kitchen, plan to take control and power unit from M3.
2. M2 will c.o today and will come again next year for longer stay
3. Today at 3 o'clock we will discuss Maintenance contract with Mitsubishi lift in Mansion

Working Activities :

Change the power supply chiller taking from M3, and working good.

 Change the Power supply for Apple TV Pak Rudi in Mansion 1 (the old one already broken).

 record all KWH and Water meter in Mansion

Mansion 3 Walk-through :

• Repaint All the Floor in Outdoor Dining, Living terrace, pool deck and repair bubbling floor in Home Theatre. 
• Garden need improvement and need to review for the quality of the work
• Repaint all furniture
• Make list every yearly or semesterly for Repaint Schedule for all Mansion
• Changes all door key in basement area
• Install ice machine in Every mansion in bar area
• Maintain the stainless table in Mansion 3  basement pantry
